Fee Arrangements That Fit

ES&A’s alternative fee arrangements include fixed periodic fees, flat fees, hourly rates, and negotiable rates, based on the type of service you require.

You can combine fee types to create the fee structure that answers your needs and fits your budget (e.g., fixed periodic fees for your day-to-day employment advice; hourly fees for technology advice; flat rate training; negotiable rate strategic planning).

We're past the days of the unchecked billable hour. Budget-conscious clients want flat rates, cost containment, and practical yet strategic advice and services.

Fixed Periodic Fee

Fixed periodic fee (FPF) arrangements are a value-priced option for clients seeking the assurance of advice on a regular basis. The emphasis is on compliance and proactivity; FPF arrangements are for non-litigation advice only. FPFs are generally invoiced monthly.

FPF services include:

  • Unlimited telephone and email advice
  • Assistance with routine forms and contracts

FPF pricing is based on three factors:

  • Area of advice
  • Number of employees in your company
  • Level of service
