Prior to joining ES&A, Bryan served as President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of L & L Franchise, Inc., overseeing all day-to-day operations of the global franchise, including seven functional departments:  Accounting and Finance, Real Estate, Procurement and Purchasing, Human Resources, Marketing and Advertising, Franchise Development, and Franchisee Relations and Training.     

Bryan is also Principal and Instructor at the Andaya Real Estate Continuing Education School.
