Staffing Strategy Is an Essential Element in Your HR Toolkit

As employment relationships grow more and more complex, the need for effective staffing strategy becomes more and more crucial. In a recent webinar on “HR Toolkit: Staffing,” ES&A President Anna Elento-Sneed discussed the effects of the gig economy workforce (part-time workers, temporary contract workers, subcontractors, franchisees, staffing agency workers, PEOs, and independent contractors) on such factors as:
