ES&A, Inc., is pleased to announce that attorneys Trisha Gibo and Samantha Sneed have been named Directors of the firm.
Trisha Gibo’s practice focuses on labor and employment, drawing on her background as a human resources professional, which includes experience in recruitment, training and benefits administration. Her previous experience includes serving as law clerk to the Honorable Steven S. Alm in the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawai’i, and as Hearings Officer for the State of Hawai’i Department of Public Safety. Gibo is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law; she earned an M.B.A. as well as a B.B.A. in both human resource management and business management from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa Shidler College of Business.
Sam Sneed’s practice focuses on business strategy, government contracts, and intellectual property, with emphasis on IP strategy, cybersecurity and privacy policy. Sneed is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She also sits on the Industry Advisory Board of PCATT (Pacific Center for Advanced Technology Training). Sneed is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law; she earned an M.B.A. as well as a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Denver.
