Trisha’s previous experience also includes serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven S. Alm in the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawai`i; Hearings Officer for the State of Hawai`i Department of Public Safety, where she presided over due process hearings for disciplinary actions for unionized employees; and extern at the State of Hawai`i Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board. Her past positions also include Human Resources Specialist for the University Clinical Education & Research Associates (UCERA), and Recruitment and Training Coordinator for Easter Seals Hawaii.
