Bryan Andaya Named Director at ES&A
Bryan Andaya has been named the newest Director of ES&A, practicing in the areas of franchising, corporate transactions, business strategy, real estate, and labor & employment law. Bryan, who has been an attorney of counsel to the firm since 2017, was until recently President and COO of L&L Franchise, Inc., overseeing all day-to-day operations. He is also current chair of the Board of Directors of the Honolulu Board of Water Supply; and Principal and Instructor at the Andaya Real Estate Continuing Education School. Born in Honoka`a, Bryan received his J.D. from DePaul College of Law, and a B.S. in History and Political Science from Portland State University.
