Presented by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Hawaii Educational Foundation, Oahu District, “Partners in Anti-Crime: The HR + IT Cybersecurity Collaboration” will discuss cybercrimes commonly directed at businesses as well as updates on the law. ES&A Director Sam Sneed will join Special Agent Dr. Christopher Hecker of the FBI Honolulu Cyber Squad to discuss practical steps organizations can take to develop a collaborative cybersecurity plan between their Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) departments. The program will take place on July 17 at the Plaza Club from 7:30-9:30am.
