The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Wage & Hour Division (WHD) will offer a Davis-Bacon compliance seminar on March 1 for contractors on projects receiving funding under the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The virtual seminar will provide an overview of how federal funding agencies, funding recipients and contractors can meet their obligations when subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage labor standards.
