The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) offers new resource on Davis-Bacon wage determination conformance for the construction contracting community. The Davis-Bacon Wage Determination Conformance Request Guide (September 2021) details the information and construction types contained in wage determinations as well as the limited circumstances in which contractors may need to request that a new class of laborer or mechanic be added to a published wage determination for a specific contract.
