Updated OSHA COVID-19 Workplace Guidance (January 29, 2021) provides stronger guidance on identifying coronavirus exposure risks and implementing a COVID-19 Prevention Program at work, which should include these key elements:
Assign a workplace coordinator
Conduct a hazard assessment
Take multiple steps to limit the spread
Keep infected or potentially infected workers away
Protect workers against retaliation
Inform workers of policies in a language they understand
