The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has released “Recommended Practices for Anti-Retaliation Programs” for employers. While the State of Hawaii Occupational Safety and Health Division (HIOSH) has jurisdiction over most employment in Hawaii in both the public and private sectors, the publication covers basic principles broadly applicable to employers creating a new anti-retaliation program or updating an existing one.
