OFCCP Publishes New CSAL

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has published its new Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL), which is comprised of 750 Supply and Service establishment-based full compliance reviews, Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations (CMCE), Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) Reviews and University Reviews. The CSAL is a courtesy notification to:

• Provide federal contractors at least 45 days advance notice to prepare for the compliance evaluation, and
• Encourage federal contractors to take advantage of OFCCP compliance assistance resources

As announced in March 2021, the OFCCP has temporarily amended the CSAL for FY2020 to remove all VEVRAA and Section 503 focused reviews and compliance checks
