OFCCP Publishes Final Rule for Federal Contractors’ Resolution of Potential Employment Discrimination

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has published a final fule for “Nondiscrimination Obligations of Federal Contractors and Subcontractors: Procedures to Resolve Potential Employment Discrimination” in the Federal Register.
