OFCCP Launches New Landing Pages for Promotions Focused Reviews and Accommodations Focused Reviews

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has launched new landing pages for Promotions Focused Reviews and Accommodations Focused Reviews to help federal contractors better understand what to expect in these types of focused reviews (onsite reviews of one or more components of the contractor’s organization or one or more aspects of the contractor’s employment practices).

• In Accommodations Focused Reviews, compliance officers will examine a contractor’s policies and procedures related solely to disability and religious accommodations, with emphasis on denials of accommodation.
• In Promotions Focused Reviews, compliance officers will review a contractor’s affirmative action programs and promotion opportunities, personnel data, policies and practices. The review will address “glass ceiling” issues in advancement opportunities for qualified individuals.
