The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released policy Directive 2018-03, which instructs OFCCP staff that, in line with recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions and Executive Orders that protect religious freedom, when enforcing the agency’s policies, they must permit faith-based and community organizations equal opportunity to compete for federal grants, contracts, programs, and other funding opportunities.
