The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently released policy Directive 2018-04, which as part of a comprehensive compliance initiative currently being implemented, adds onsite reviews focused on the three anti-discrimination laws the OFCCP enforces:
Beginning in fiscal year 2019, a portion of audit lists will include these focused reviews. Standard review protocol, as well as staff training and contractor education and compliance guidance, will be developed and made publicly available prior to issuance of the next scheduling list.
