Covered federal contractors are required to annually report their efforts to employ protected veterans to the U.S. Department Labor (USDOL) using form VETS-4212. Data reported through VETS-4212 is used by USDOL in Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) compliance evaluations. The current reporting threshold is a federal contract or subcontract valued at $150,000 or more.
To log in to or register with the reporting portal or to download the form, see the reporting site.
If you are a federal contractor or subcontractor and are not sure if you are required to file a VETS-4212 Report, use the VETS 4212 Report Advisor or see the VETS-4212 FAQ page.
