The U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division (WHD) has released an updated Prevailing Wage Resource Book (PWRB). The PWRB provides information on labor standards (including the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, Service Contract Act and more) for government contractors, contracting agencies, enforcement staff, unions, associations and workers. The updated PWRB discusses WHD’s policies in simpler language and provides additional guidance and examples based on stakeholder feedback.
