The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Contractor Portal opened April 1 for covered federal supply and service contractors to certify their compliance with 2024 Affirmative Action Program (AAP) requirements between April 1-July 1, 2024. Covered federal contractors must use the Contractor Portal to certify annually whether they have developed and maintained an AAP for each establishment and/or functional/business unit, as applicable. New contractors have 120 days to develop AAPs, and within 90 days of development, must certify compliance through the Portal.
