EEO-1 2022 Collection Begins October 31, 2023

The Employee Information Report (EEO-1) Component 1 Data Collection begins October 31, 2023. All private sector employers with 100 or more employees, and federal contractors with 50 or more employees meeting certain criteria, are required to submit this annual collection of workforce demographic data, including data by job category and sex and race or ethnicity, to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The 2022 data collection opens online on October 31, 2023; the deadline to file is December 5, 2023. The 2022 EEO-1 includes a voluntary option for reporting data for non-binary employees.
