The Hawai`i SMART Health Card program provides businesses a way to verify patrons’ COVID-19 vaccination status. Businesses can download a verifier app at https://thecommonsproject.org/smart-health-card-verifier to scan the SMART Health Card QR codes assigned to individuals who have created a digital vaccination record through the program.
