On June 22, 2022, Governor David Ige signed into law Act 114 (formerly HB2510) which will move the Hawaii hourly minimum wage to $12 on October 1, 2022; to $14 on January 1, 2024; to $16 on January 1, 2026; and to $18 on January 1, 2028.
