Federal Government Contract Solicitations and Awards Must Reflect New Vaccination Requirements
Federal government contract solicitations and awards must include a clause reflecting new vaccination requirements, as follows:
Solicitations issued on or after October 15, 2021
Extended or renewed contracts awarded on or after October 15, 2021
Options on existing contracts and orders exercised on or after October 15, 2021
New contracts issued on or after November 14, 2021
