Federal Contractors Registering on OFCCP Contractor Portal Use 2018 EEO-1 Data

Federal contractors registering on the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Contractor Portal, which opened on February 1st, should use 2018 EEO-1 data in order to have information fields pre-populated. To use this feature, contractors must enter the information from their EEO-1 report in the following Portal fields:

• Headquarter/Company Number: Enter only the first six digits of the 2018 EEO-1 identifier
• Establishment/Unit Number: Enter only the first six digits of the 2018 EEO-1 identifier

Parent companies that did not file a 2018 EEO-1 report, universities, or other federal contractors or subcontractors who have not received an invitation from OFCCP to register should use the “Identifiers Not Known Path”; the only identifier required is the Employer Identification Number (EIN).
