USDOL Offers Power to Pump Webinars on Nursing Mothers’ Rights FLSA protections for nursing mothers who need to pump milk at work were expanded in 2022 by the PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act, which extended these rights to more industries, including agriculture, retail, restaurants, healthcare and transportation. Last year, the USDOL began presenting free webinars with resources and information for workers, employers and advocates in each of these industries.
