The U.S. Department pf Labor (USDOL) will offer its 2024 Prevailing Wage Compliance Seminar on three different dates: Feb. 27, May 15, and Aug. 29. This free virtual seminar is designed for contracting agencies, contractors, unions, workers and other stakeholders on the requirements for paying prevailing wages on federally funded construction and service contracts. In the day-long seminar, participants can choose among different sessions, including the Davis-Bacon Act, Service Contract Act, Executive Orders, apprenticeship requirements, price adjustments, and other related topics.
