ELA Webinar on Pay Equity, July 30

With evolving perspectives about how discrimination is being defined under the current administration, U.S. employers are wondering whether to reconsider their pay equity strategy, particularly with regards to pay audits. The Employment Law Alliance (ELA) in partnership with the Berkeley Research Group, will present a webinar on “Spotlight on Pay Equity: Compliance and Strategy Under the New U.S. Administration,” on July 30, 2025, 9-10am HST. The webinar will guide HR professionals, legal counsel, and compliance officers through the following topics:

• Whether and when to do an audit: factors to consider
• Overview of the pay equity audit process, from data collection to analysis and reporting
• Identifying and interpreting pay gaps across gender, race and other protected categories
• Approaches for addressing pay gaps effectively while maintaining internal equity and consistency
• Importance of including legal counsel
• Review of anonymized reports and real-world scenarios to illustrate key concepts
