ELA Webinar: AI and the World of Work, June 19

The exciting thing about AI? It has untold potential. A cautionary note about AI? It has untold potential.

As the business applications of AI continue to grow, its advantages and efficiencies continue to amaze and inspire. But its yet-to-be known capability needs to be imagined so employers, business owners and organizations can, as they say, harness its powers for good. The Employment Law Alliance (ELA) webinar on AI and the World of Work: The Challenge of Boundless Capability, June 19, 10-11:15am HST, will begin with an overview of AI, distinguishing between automation, machine learning, and generative AI. Then it will branch out to address legislation and regulation, how AI plays into the business decision-making process, the global approach to AI and the surrounding issues of privacy, confidentiality, trademark, licensing and more, as well as the ethical and legal challenges of how AI is changing the world.

As the sole Hawaii member of the ELA, ES&A invites you to attend this free webinar. For more details and to register, see the complete program announcement here.
