The Department of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program promotes cooperation and understanding between National Guard and Reserve members and their civilian employers. The ESGR will host a “Military Update to Employers” on May 15, 2024, 8-10:30am (check-in from 7:30am) at the Oahu Veterans Center (1298 Kukila Street, Honolulu 96818). Employers can meet National Guard and Reserve commanders for an update on current missions as well as weekend drills and annual training and how they relate to civilian employment.
