The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has opened the portal for covered employers to submit EEO-1 Component 1 data for 2019 and 2020. The portal will remain open until July 19, 2021. Employers that have not received a 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 notification letter via U.S. mail should contact the EEOC’s Filer Support Team at FilerSupport@eeocdata.org for assistance.
