The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) reminds federal contractors of upcoming Affirmative Action Programs (AAP) certification deadline via its Contractor Portal. All federal contractors that meet the jurisdictional thresholds must register and certify compliance for all qualifying establishments and functional/business units by June 30, 2022. Contractors that fail to complete the certification or that state they have not developed or maintained an AAP will be more likely to be on OFCCP’s scheduling list than contractors that have certified their compliance. Note that the Contractor Portal is intended for official government use only; this means that knowingly furnishing false information in this response is a federal offense.
