ES&A Professional Development Director Arlene Odagiri is a firm believer in the power of mentorship. Among her many mentees was a high school sophomore who heard Arlene speak about the field of human resources at a conference of the National Academy Foundation (NAF), a network of education, business and community leaders helping students to be college- and career-ready.
