Oahu Kona Low Business Recovery Grant Applications Accepted Through Nov. 15

The Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, in partnership with the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT), is still accepting applications for the Oahu Kona Low Business Recovery Grant through Nov. 15, 2026. The grant is funded by the State of Hawaii. To be eligible, applicants must have sustained material, economic, or physical harm directly caused by the Kona Low storm event and must be:

• A non-agricultural, for-profit business impacted by the Kona Low Storms from March 10-23, 2026
• A small business with less than 500 employees and less than $5,000,000 annual gross revenue
• Owned by at least one Hawaii resident and was physically operating on Oahu prior to March 10, 2026
• Registered with DCCA before March 10, 2026 (sole proprietors must provide alternate certification)
• Current in state and federal taxes
