Francis (“Frankie”) assists ES&A attorneys and clients by expediting workflow for both litigation and non-litigation matters. He supports attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting and filing court filings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence between parties.
Working as a legislative research analyst for both the Hawaii State Senate and the House of Representatives, as well as legislative coordinator for the Hawaii Department of Agriculture, gave Frankie experience with the legislative process and state government operations.
Frankie holds a B.A. in Japanese Language & Literature from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, as well as a paralegal certificate from the Kapiolani Community College Paralegal Program.
