Helena assists ES&A attorneys and clients by expediting workflow for both litigation and non-litigation matters. She supports attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting and filing court documents, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence between parties. Download her info sheet.

Helena’s paralegal work benefits from her journalism background, which includes a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Montana and five years of news reporting and editing experience. She spent three of those years working at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, where she wrote about natural resource issues in and around Yellowstone National Park. Her work with the City & County of Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation involved gathering data at city beaches to support permit compliance, interpreting commercial use regulations for educational materials, and constructing policy recommendations based on findings.

Helena is also proficient in Spanish.
