As previously posted, pursuant to Act 114 signed into law in 2022, the Hawaii minimum wage has increased to $16 per hour, effective January 1, 2026. This is the third step in a series of scheduled increases; the minimum wage will incrementally increase to $18 per hour on January 1, 2028. Be sure your 2026 operating systems have been updated accordingly.
