New EEO Census Data Required for AAPs Developed Beginning January 1

The U.S. Census Bureau has produced the Equal Employment Opportunity Tabulation (EEO Tab) 2014-2018 for federal agencies responsible for monitoring employment practices and enforcing civil rights law in the workforce. The EEO Tab provides statistical data on race, ethnicity, sex and other demographic data that allows for an examination of the labor force in the local area. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has posted a notice requiring federal contractors to use the EEO Tab for Affirmative Action Programs (AAPs) developed on or after January 1, 2022.
