EEO-1 Deadline Extended to October 25, 2021

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) submission deadline for the 2019/2020 Employer Information Report EEO-1 Component 1, previously extended to August 23, has been extended one final time. Private employers with more than 100 employees, and federal contractors and subcontractors with 50 or more employees, are required to annually submit workforce demographic data to the EEOC via EEO-1 reports.
