EEO-1 Deadline Extended to August 23, 2021

The Equal Employmen Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has once again extended the submission deadline for the Employer Information Report (EEO-1) Component 1 for 2019/2020. Previously due July 19, the EEO-1 is now due August 23, 2021. Private employers with more than 100 employees and federal contractors and subcontractors with 50 or more employees are required to annually submit workforce demographic data to the EEOC via EEO-1 reports.
