EEO-1 Survey Deadline Extended to May 31

Due to the lapse in appropriations during the recent government shutdown, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced that the opening of the EEO-1 2018 survey has been postponed to March 2019, and the deadline for covered employers to submit data has been extended to May 31. The survey, which categorizes employment data by race/ethnicity, gender and job category, is required of private employers with 100 or more employees, and federal government prime contractors and first-tier subcontractors with 50 or more employees and a prime or first-tier subcontract of $50,000 or more.

See the EEO-1 survey page for more information and continue to visit the site for schedule updates.
