OSHA Form 300A Data for 2016 Accepted Through December 31st

The U.S Department of Labor’s (DOL) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will continue accepting OSHA Form 300A data for 2016 from covered employers until December 31, 2017. Although the submission deadline was December 15, OSHA will not take enforcement action against employers who submit their reports after December 15 but by midnight on December 31st. Data must be submitted electronically via OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application.
